Mr. Danish Agboatwalla

Danish Agboatwala is the co-founder of HOPE, U.S.A. a U.S. based not for profit that is in the process of obtaining tax exempt status. He has been involved with HOPE for the last several years, and is spearheading efforts to launch HOPE USA, a not for profit which will raise funds for HOPE Pakistan and other NGOs in Pakistan. He is currently completing his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a focus in Finance. Danish completed his undergraduate studies from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY and is a native of Karachi.


Mr. Naveed Agboatwalla

HOPE Asst. Coordinator

Naveed Agboatwalla, Asst. Coordinator , HOPE USA is Berkeley graduate with majors in Electrical Engineering and computer science – with a Bachelors Degree. He is presently working as Software Development Manager at EMC Corporation. He is involved in work at IECRC. He is based in California and looking after the HOPE USA Affairs.


Mr. Shafath Syed
U.S. HOPE Coordinator,

Shafath Syed lives in the San Francisco Bay Area in California with his wife Fareena and his daughter Imaan who was recently adopted through HOPE. By profession he is a marketing manager at Adobe Systems and worked at other high technology companies including Apple and Microsoft. He has a long history of volunteering in the Muslim community and is currently the president of SBIA (South Bay Islamic Association) as well an executive committee member of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations).


Aamir Jameel
Friend of HOPE

Mr. Aamir Jameel is President and co-founder of Altanova Corporation. Altanova Corp. designs and manufactures IC test interface hardware for all IC manufacturers worldwide. Headquarter are at San Jose and CA USA, with branch offices in Austin Texas, Phoenix Arizona, San Jose, Costa Rica and Karachi, Pakistan.

Mr. Aamir graduated from Purdue University in 1992 in the field of Electrical Engineering. He has been working in Semiconductor Test Industry for the last 18 years.

Mr. Aamir Jameel was introduced to HOPE last year (2009) and since then has been an avid supporter of HOPE. Committed to the HOPE vision, he is the promoter of the HOPE cause in the Silicon Valley.


Dr. Farid Qazi

Dr. Farid Qazi, a USA based Oncologist. Dr. Farid Qazi is a specialist in Blood disorders and Cancer treatment and is in a solo practice at Dublin Hematology & Oncology Care, PC. He has served as an assistant professor of internal medicine at Mercer University School of Medicine Dr. Farid Qazi, has been ex President DOGANA and socially very active. Dr. Farid Qazi initiated the Support a Marriage project in USA and within a period of 1 month has secured commitments for 15 marraiges for poor girls. Dr. Farid Qazi is now actively campaigning for other projects of HOPE Foundation in USA and recently in his visit to Pakistan visited the HOPE facilities.


Meher Dadi-
HOPE-USA Los Angeles

Meher Dadi lives in Los Angeles California. She is a graduate from Pakistan with majors in Chemistry and Microbiology and Computer Science from Connecticut, U.S.A. She is presently working at Union Bank in Information Technology as a Database Administrator/System Specialist managing and supporting SQL SERVER, DB2 and Oracle Databases. She volunteered in the establishment of Islamic Center/Masjid for the small Muslim community in West Hartford, Connecticut and in Northridge California. She is affiliated with local charity organization like NISWA in Los Angeles. She does volunteer work for charity organizations helping the poor and needy people in U.S., Pakistan and India. She also directly supports families in Pakistan every month with food. She is determined to dedicate all her time and effort towards helping the poor, orphan children and battered women. Meher Dadi has recently joined HOPE USA and is generating local support in Los Angeles for HOPE USA.


Rizwan Jabir
Friend of HOPE

Dr. Rizwan Jabir, a renowned Pediatrician, has been practicing in Indiana Pa., USA, for the past 14 years. In all he has been in the US for the past 18 years. Dr. Rizwan and his wife Amina are both graduates from Dow Medical College. Dr. Rizwan completed his residency training in Pediatrics/Neonatal care from Rush University (University of Illinois at Chicago). Dr. Rizwan is an ardent supporter of HOPE, involved in the NGO’s health programs. Recently his daughter interned with HOPE and his wife Dr. Amina visited the Thatta centre. During his visit last year to Pakistan, Dr. Rizwan conducted a medical camp in Thatta.

HOPE is pleased to have a new Friend of HOPE who is working towards the betterment of his countrymen.
